Hi, I'm Nia! I am a product designer who began my career as a visual designer. My background leads me to believe visuals can be a powerful tool. I use visuals to gain meaningful insights and externalise my learnings to the team.

I can lead a project from research and design to the prototyping phase. However, my favourite part of the design process is discovering an insight that explains users' behaviour through research.

In particular, I am recognised for my creative approach to research methodologies. I see methodologies as a guide and not as a rigid rule to follow, This allows me to use it creatively to answer any question at hand.
